Rudi is a senior solution architect and enterprise architect, associated with inno.com (www.inno.com). Since 2006, I have been implementing, teaching, coaching, and realizing projects with Sparx Enterprise Architect for various organizations in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg. During the last 2 years, I have had the opportunity to participate in various projects using the SAFe Scaled Agile Framework as a delivery method, actively fulfilling the roles of an enterprise architect as well as a system architect. These experiences have resulted into the SAFe Agile Architecture Toolkit for Sparx, a free MDG that will be made available via the Sparx Community.
Frank Langeveld (1957) is an Agile coach with a “history” in ICT architecture. Frank likes to help people with improving the work and the results. In recent years he worked in transformation programs with Air France-KLM, Murex, KBC Bank, National Dutch Railways (NS/Prorail). Frank helps with individual teams and with large agile programs, setting up and guiding portfolio management, architecture communities and product innovation communities. He is certified trainer/coach/consultant in Agile methods and practices like Scrum, SAFe and Less and has trained and coached many companies all over the world. Still he doesn’t consider himself a “method” person. His focus is on practical workable solutions based on specific needs and circumstances.
Tony Sloos has been involved in the development of the digital system in the role of domain architect since 2016. He has from then on been at the basis of architecture and the transition to effective agile management.
